Our community is comprised of four residential + commercial buildings, and five garage structures.

Parking

There are no reserved parking spaces in our lots. First come, first served. Residents, workers, and guests may park in any striped space, or curbside on either Marshall or Wachovia streets. Keep the sidewalks clear. Kindly respect the city’s No Parking signs. Each lot has at least one car- or van- accessible parking space. Only those vehicles displaying a disability parking placard should occupy a handicap space.
