Annual Fire Alarm Inspection

Beginning circa 9am on Wednesday, October 30, our contractor AlarmQuest will be in the Building 3 Common Areas to conduct our annual inspection of emergency strobes and horns. Bobby Fehribach continues as the contact person, and will accompany the tech for the duration of the test. Owner participation is not involved, nor is there any evacuation required.

PLEASE DISREGARD THE RECENT EMAIL AND HARD COPY LETTER CAPSTONE SENT TO ALL OWNERS REQUESTING ACCESS TO INDIVIDUAL UNITS. THAT COMMUNICATION WAS SENT IN ERROR.

Extensive Brick Project Unit 155

October 1, 2024 /

Starting tomorrow, October 2, unit 155 will undergo a project that will take approximately three weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience during this time, as the stairwell beside the dumpsters between the upper and lower Wachovia lots, as well as the sidewalk, will be out of use on and off.  

The Contractor has been informed to produce as little disruption as possible to the use of this stairwell during this time frame is necessary.  

The contractors will post detour signs around the complex when the stairs are closed to help guests, clients, etc., navigate from the lower to upper levels of The Mill complex.  

Work will be done between 9-5 weekdays.
