Please be advised that there will be a vendor on site on Monday, September 15th starting at 9am to do gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation on some of the buildings. The garages in particular may be the only issue, so please be sure to either have your vehicle in a parking space if you need to get out during the day. It will be a full day project or two. Just a heads-up that Building 2 windows will be cleaned starting this Monday at 9:00 AM.

NOTICE TO WATER CUSTOMERS
Affected addresses are the
400 Block of South Marshall Street and All of Marshall View Court in Winston Salem
Water system improvements will be taking place on
Thursday, July 17, 2025
To perform this work, we must interrupt your service
between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Work will be rescheduled during the same time frame for the following workday if delayed due to weather or any unforeseen events or conflicts.
There is a potential for customers to experience discolored water and / or fluctuation of water pressure in the surrounding areas.
We recommend that you make the following preparations to help you through this interruption:
1. Store an adequate supply of water for cooking and drinking.
2. Turn water heater circuit breaker to the off position.
3. Avoid opening any faucets or flushing any toilets during this time. This will help minimize air in your system.
4. If the water is discolored after service has been restored, flush your lines through a bathtub faucet first, for a short period. If the water does not clear within a reasonable time, contact the numbers listed below for assistance.

Building 2 Window Cleaning

Water Shut-Off Rescheduled for Building 3

Please note a schedule change!
The previously announced water shut-off for Wednesday, June 12 is no longer happening.
Instead, water in Building 3 will be shut off on Friday, June 13, from approximately 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM for routine maintenance.
