As called for in our community’s Reserve Study which guides your Board in routine annual maintenance of our Common Areas, it’s time to restore our three parking lots!
American Spray Tech will be on site beginning very first thing Saturday, October 7 and extending into Sunday, October 8. All asphalt cracks will be filled with a hot pour rubberized compound. Then our three lots will be seal coated, and restriped.
OUR PARKING LOTS + GARAGES WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE BY VEHICLES BEGINNING AT 6PM FRIDAY OCTOBER 6 through 6PM SUNDAY, OCTOBER 8.
Kindly relocate vehicles to on street parking or make other arrangements during the course of this much needed upgrade. The Board apologizes for any inconvenience as we continue to care for our COA.
